You can’t afford to miss it so make sure that you are there!
Legendary ring master, Trevor the Whip, will be opening the festival on Friday 17th September by taming a vicious pack of eXotic bearded ladies for your entertainment armed only with his agility and a three legged stool. You will be able to eXamine the strength of over 70 Real ales and ciders chosen by our very own eXpert Mr David Stone. Resident Wedmore Dwarf, Clive “The Musket Ball” Mills, will be eXpelled from a cannon over the Church roof, on the hour, every hour that the festival is open (Fri 7pm – 12am, Sat 12pm – 12am, and Sun 12pm – 4pm).
Friday night band is “Crosswired” and will be rocking the big top from 9pm; the eXcited audience will be invited to eXert their eXtraordinary stunt dancing skills. A hog roast and hot food will be available during the evening and weekend, and for the eXtreme, can be served on spinning plates and eaten with throwing knives if requested. We are also open for a full English Clowns Breakfast from 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday night’s fancy dress theme is “The Circus”, and anything goes, music will kick off at 9pm courtesy of our resident rock and blues band the eXplosive “Loose Change”.
